Grant started his career with Midwest Services Group in January of 2020, with a background in excavation and construction, so he already had an eye for detail. He has quickly propelled not only to a top line Forman and operator, specializing in restoration, but a valuable mentor to his team
Grant works with division leaders, clients, landowners and environmental to create and implement project plans, with the strong ability to assess, manage & mitigate in real time. His easy-going approach makes the day fun and he always has us laughing...oh, and he makes a pretty mean BBQ!

You know the story of father and son, then came this gal…coming to Midwest Services Group in November of 2013, she was the first official office team member, helping to take the company from a small home office to the public facing, ever growing and innovating hub that it is today.
Her background has been in leadership, HR, payroll, organization and documentation across many industries, giving her a well rounded set of skills and approaches to business. Her biggest pride is in the people though, and strives each day to make Midwest Services Group a place you want to be and grow alongside.
Jenn is also our in house NCCER Master Trainer, she is involved in overseeing safety, training and compliance across all divisions, and connecting the dots with providers such as Veriforce, ISNetworld, NCMS, Avetta, DOT and OSHA.
